Welcome to NMC! Your child's gateway to an extraordinary week.
For nearly 50 years kids have been coming to the sunny shores of Lake Couchiching to enjoy a remarkable musical and camping experience like no other.
When your child arrives at camp she will be met by one of her counsellors and will immediately start making what can become lifelong friends. From wake up to lights out, she will be busy and engaged in music making and having a great camping experience. He will climb into his bunk at night, exhausted, yet invigorated.
At the end of the week, he will be proud to show you what he has accomplished. She'll be eager to introduce her you to new her BFFs. The photos on her camera will tell you only part of the story.
For the next several weeks she will be talking about camp at all hours of the day. He'll be counting the days until next year's camp. You will hear and see a positive difference in your child.
Our staff and faculty talk about it and your child will, too. There's a magic about NMC that you just can't get anywhere else. Your child will be in a place with other kids, just like her, who love music and who get to spend a week immersed in something they absolutely love.
