2026 Camp Fee


$1,250.00

Junior Division 2026

(campers completing grades 3-8) Saturday, Aug. 15 to
Saturday, Aug. 22

Senior Division 2026

(campers completing grades 8-12)Sunday, Aug. 23 to
Sunday, Aug. 30

Fee is inclusive of full camp program, 3 meals per day and snacks.  13% HST is extra.  Fees payable by Visa, Mastercard,  Cheque or eTransfer. (Note: Visa/MC Debit not accepted)

Re: NMC 2026 COVID-19 Vaccination Information: **Please note: At this time and based on the current landscape of COVID-19 in our province, NMC is NOT requiring campers to be vaccinated against COVID-19 for the upcoming summer. However, we are strongly encouraging it. There is still a requirement to report your vaccination status (for all vaccines). As always, we will continue to monitor public health guidelines and should our strategy and requirements change, we will update our community immediately.

EXTRA AND OPTIONAL FEES

Bussing (Optional)

Bus to Camp (10:00am sharp from Silvercity, Richmond Hill parking lot) – $75.00 plus tax

Bus home from Camp (approx. return 3:30-4:00pm to Silvercity, Richmond Hill parking lot) – $75.00 plus tax

Special Diet Request

Gluten-Free Menu – $65.00 plus tax

Mandatory Rental for Jazz Campers

– Jazz – Percussion (must provide own drum sticks) – $75.00 plus tax

– Jazz – Keyboard – $75.00 plus tax

– Jazz – Guitar – $75.00 plus tax

– Jazz – Vocal – $75.00 plus tax

Options for Beginning Instrument, Band and Guitar Campers

– Acoustic Guitar Rental – $75.00 plus tax

– All Percussion instruments are provided by the camp for all Band levels (must bring own drum sticks) – $75.00 plus tax

– Beginning Instrument Rental – $75.00 plus tax

Mandatory Rental for Drum Line Campers

– Drum Kit (must provide own drum sticks) – $75.00 plus tax

Payment Schedule

Deposit of $500.00 due with registration.
Balance of camp fees due on June 1st . Balance can be paid in two equal installments – April 15/June 1, or lump sum on June 1.

Cancellation Policy

Until June 1st, 2026, a $250.00 administration fee charged to all campers who withdraw their application.
After June 1st, 2026, a $500.00 administration fee is charged.
After July 1st, 2026, 50% of the camp fee is withheld.
After August 1st, 2026, 100% of the fee is withheld.

Bus Cancellation Policy
Junior Camp: Bus cancellation requests received on or before August 6 will be eligible for a refund.
Senior Camp: Bus cancellation requests received on or before August 14 will be eligible for a refund.
Bus cancellation requests received after these dates are not eligible for a refund.
