Scott Suttie

Scott was born in Thunder Bay and now resides in Newmarket.

He has studied at Humber College, Lakehead University and the Banff School of Fine Arts in both the Summer Jazz workshop and the Academy of Brass.

Scott has recorded and performs regularly with various large and small ensembles in the Toronto area including NOJO, Jim Galloway’s Wee Big Band, Suitcase Brass, Rhtyhm and Truth Brass Band and the Thunder Bay Symphony.

Scott also composes for various sized groups and we are always treated to something new from Scott at camp.

Camp Wahanowin has been proud to host National Music Camp since 1965!  Located on the shores of Lake Couchiching, only an hour and a half  from Toronto, it offers the best facilities and programs.
